A web based platform to help guide receptionists into booking the patient into the right appointment in the right time frame for over 300 different clinical conditions. To do this the system uses condition specific questions to guide patients to the correct health care appointment as below:

Our bespoke econsultation system provides access to over 77 clinical conditions submitted online and managed by a dedicated team of Advanced Nurse Practitioners.
With a 10-15% conversion rate to face-to-face or telephone appointments, the econsultation system has reduced clinical workload for the clinical team.
